We started with a truck, a dream, and really good steak.
What began as Diego's food truck in 2019 is now a full-blown farm-to-table spot where the same passion (and obsession with quality) lives on. We're still sourcing from local farms, still making everything from scratch, and still probably making you wait a little longer because we don't do shortcuts.
